Nosodos +: the white wine with no added sulphites

The best way to see the results of a long and painstaking trajectory in the world of ecological and biodynamic cultivation is to make a wine without adding sulphites.
Taking advantage of the Catalonia Wine and Cava Show, which took place last week in Barcelona, we have presented the first wine in Europe from the 2012 harvest that is made without adding sulphites and that is ecologically cultivated.
Nosodos + is its name. A young white wine made fromXarel.lo, the most expressive and complex variety in thePenedès, and with a small part of Chardonnay. The ecological cultivation, the manual harvesting, the choice of the best grapes, the hygiene and asepsis conditions throughout the process, are essential factors to work without adding sulphites and therefore avoiding their oxidation.
In order to keep its young and aromatic expression, we recommend consumption within the first six months after bottling.
